In 2022 we took some time to reflect on where we’ve come and where we want to go. As with any business, there are areas where we shine, and areas that are a bit challenging and might not serve us as they once did.

We began shipping and delivering Buchi in response to the pandemic. It was our way of making Buchi accessible during a time when shopping in stores wasn’t a desirable or feasible option for many people. We can’t begin to tell you how much we’ve appreciated your support these past few years. We LOVE the relationships we’ve built and know some of your names and orders by heart! 

We didn’t come to this decision lightly. Shipping drinks (especially those with live and active ingredients) is expensive, challenging, and at this time isn’t sustainable for our team or the planet. We hope that you understand and will continue to show your support by finding us at your nearest store.

While we’re sad to no longer be shipping Buchi — we’re THRILLED to embrace innovation and experimentation in a way we never have and envision Buchi as an incubator to experiment and try new things! We will be launching several new products this year and introducing Culture Club.
